John Hood, Senior Loan Officer
John joined Excel Credit in February, 2003. His finance back ground started in 1969 as a loan officer for a finance company. John bank management and lending experience spans over four decades. He has worked in many positions over the years that covers all facets of lending , from commercial loans, real estate loans and consumer lending.
In the past seventeen years, John's focus has been on the recreational lending industry. He spent ten years, prior to joining Excel, as the finance director of the oldest and one of the largest boat dealership in the state of Florida. John feels that the only thing that distinguishes us from other finance companies is the degree of customer service that we offer. Michele J. Strong, Sr. Loan Coordinator
Michele came to work with Excel Credit in October of 2000 bringing with her fifteen years of experience from both Banking and Customer Service related fields. As a 10+ year employee of the Excel Credit team, she now offers twenty-five years of service & experience to our clients.
As our Senior Loan Coordinator, Michele strives each day to provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding customers through each step of our loan process. With her attention to detail and knowledge of the industry she is able to offer customer service that is both personalized and professional.

Crista Miller Funding Coordinator
Crista prior to joining the Excel Credit team in 2007; came to us with an extensive background in real estate title. This experience is supplemented by broad skills in customer relationship and general lending knowledge.

Arleen Green Loan Processor and Collateral Specialist
Arleen joined Excel Credit in early 2007; with her many years of background in multiple areas of the real estate mortgage banking. Arleen background is well link to our industry and is supplemented by experience in customer relationship building and general lending knowledge.
